Delivery and Pickup Policy

We understand the importance of convenience and efficiency. We have designed our delivery and collection policy to ensure that you receive your equipment on time and without any problems.

Tradition

We offer free delivery for all orders within greater Athens areaDeliveries and pickups are made daily, seven days a week, from 10:00 to 17:00.

We try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. However, please note that we do not make specific appointments for an exact arrival time. Instead, we will contact you at the phone number you provided during your reservation.about 30 minutes before our arrival in your space so you are prepared.

Equipment Setup

Please note that our service includes delivery of equipment in your space. We do not undertake the setup of the equipment. However, we are always at your disposal to provide you with telephone support and answer any questions you may have about connecting and operating the speakers.

Receipt

The the day after your party, we will contact you again by phone to arrange the pick-up of the equipment. It is important to are you in the area at the pre-arranged time for the return of the speakers.
